I've carved wooden trees for a long time and they've always been very popular. I decided to develop and adapt my design to allow the trees to hold cards or photographs, making them more versatile. I think they look good as single trees or as part of a small forest!

A hand carved wooden tree decoration, measuring approximately 17cm in height and 3.5cm in width.
This unusual Scandi style tree can be displayed by itself, making an attractive decoration. It can also be used to hold a name card for a place setting or a small card. You could also use it to display a photograph, making this a versatile little tree!
The tree has been darkened with ebonising fluid, made from white wine vinegar and wire wool, which darkens the natural tannins in the wood. It has then been treated with a coating of linseed oil to cure the wood.
Once purchased the tree will be beautifully wrapped and sent to you in eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging, which is fully recyclable.
