Shakesperian heroine Juliet loses faith in Romeo after discovering he isn't very keen on books.
The text on the front of the bookmark reads - Juliet no longer cared wherefore Romeo might be after the shocking revelation that he did not like to read.
Designed as a collage using original book illustrations and endpapers that are cut and assembled by hand then photographed/scanned to add the text digitally. This bookmark includes an illustration by S C Dawson from Romeo & Juliet by William Shakespeare and a marbled endpaper from More English Fairy Tales (1895).
Measurements are 17.3cm tall by 5.5cm wide. Professionally printed on 400gsm board with a matte laminated finish for durability.
