I love needlefelting and really enjoy watching the birds in my garden. I have a little jenny wren that sits on the fence in the morning and loves the bird bath (as well as lots of other lovely birds), so I decided to make an open winged version of her

Full description
This listing is for a wren with open wings created using the needle felting method. It is made of natural wool fibres and has wire armature in its feet and wings and glass eyes. The wings can be gently posed, but do take care as doing it too much could snap the support wire inside.
She is mounted on a wooden base, covered with wool that has been needlefelted
The size of the wren is just slightly larger than life size and stands at just over 4" high including base and approx 5" wide wingspan
