A pretty standing Amethyst gemstone geode ornament display piece, Collectable or photography prop.
A love of pretty stones, whether they are officially gemstones or not, has led to a trial in shaping this amethyst geode into a standing display piece. The front displaying the geometric amethyst crystal projections, the base smoothed flat but left as natural stone. The sides offer a view of the differing layers of the stone of the geode. There are other cut and smoothed areas to try to reduce bulk and weight.
I have taken various photographs so you can ascertain the rough shape and characteristics of this standing amethyst geode. You will receive this exact item on purchase, as I have only made one. Some of the amethyst crystals are deeper purple than others as hopefully you can see in the photographs.
Approximate measurements: roughly shaped to showcase a broad section of amethyst, approx 10cms in height by 8cms with a depth of 7cms at its widest points.
Maybe a lovely gift for someone who likes amethyst, has a February birthday, or to be used in as a photography prop.
