Tiger's Eye is a type of quartz with a silky lustre and and flashes of chatoyancy.
The ancient Egyptians believed it expressed divine vision, and used it for the eyes of statues of deities.
Roman soldiers wore Tiger's Eye stones in battle, believing they gave alertness, clarity of mind and protection from harm.
It is still believed to enhance confidence and self-esteem.

Full description
Pretty, delicate necklace featuring 6mm red Tiger Eye beads and trios of 3mm and 4mm sparkly Swarovski bicones in the colour "light peach", bracketed by 3mm copper rounds.
The Tiger's Eye are a lovely chestnut colour, and show good chatoyancy.
The necklace graduates to 5mm white shell, with lovely glints of mother-of-pearl, and 4mm Mashan Jade dyed a delicate pale peach, and separated by 3mm copper beads.
Mashan Jade, or Mountain Jade is the trade name for dolomite marble.
This piece is finiahed with a gold filled trigger clasp.
The necklace measure approximately 16 inches (41cm)
