Welcome to Jackdaw Bindery - thank you so much for visiting! Here you will find a wonderful selection of hand-bound soft cover leather and cork wrap journals and sketchbooks, created using a range of hand selected materials. Each and every item that you find in my shop has been hand-bound by myself in my little studio in West Ashling, West Sussex on the South Coast of England.
All of the leather I use have been sourced as a by-product from the upholstery and automotive trade which may otherwise end up as waste. If you have an idea for a custom book, I would love work with you to create the perfect handbound journal for your needs, just get in touch and we can go from there!
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I can't even describe how much I LOVE these colourful pages! Six gorgeous and carefully selected pastel shades (pink, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple) blend together beautifully to create these rainbow pages. Bound into your choice of leather, create something completely unique to you!
These mini leather journals are so adorable - they're pocket sized and will fit comfortably in to the smallest of bags or pockets!
Perfect for on the move, each mini journal contains 120 pages hand-bound into beautifully soft leather in your choice of colour. They each secure using a slither of leather attached to the cover flap which wraps around the books and tucks in neatly to keep your work safe and sound.
The perfect size to keep close by, in your bag bed side cabinet car to note down all your thoughts, dreams, lists, poems and doodles.. anything
Each journal contains the following:
- 120 pages (counting front and back) of 4" x 3" silky smooth 160gsm pastel rainbow card
- 6 Signatures
- Hand-bound into a soft leather cover in your choice of colour
- Secures with a matching leather tie
- Bound with linen thread
