Working from my little studio, in hilly-leafy South-East London, I make workwear aprons in small batches using natural fabrics with minimal waste. I always choose fabrics that are washable and hardwearing, constructing aprons that will last many years longer than normal clothes, retaining their designed purpose and functionality. I apply the same design principles and sustainable values to the bags I make from fabric remnants.

Full description
Capacious shoulder bag in tough ochre canvas with charcoal grey straps and features bright orange stitch detail and drawstring cord. Made from pieces of cloth leftover from making two of my No14:2 pleated aprons - avoiding textile waste by creating another useful and attractive product. The bag has soft herringbone woven straps and a drawstring top - its extremely roomy, an A3 sketchbook easily fits inside. A perfect work bag and great for days out, shopping and holidays too - beautifully sewn, carefully designed and made-to-last.

MATERIALS: 100% cotton canvas, 100% cotton cord, 100% acrylic soft herringbone tape, orange thread is 100% recycled polyester.
