My OH was having problems with sleeping due to his old eye mask didn't block the light out completely. So,I stitched him one filled with linseed and lavender and weighs 300gm and it worked great. Helps him sleeping so,much better that he is more energetic during the day and has been recommending to others.
The pillow completely blocked the light out even when the room light was on.

Hand made cotton eye pillows filled with Organic Flaxseed/Linseed and Yorkshire Lavender buds.
These are 300 gram weighted pillow with 2 removable covers and 1 inner bag.
These pillows completely block out light and is helpful for yoga, meditation,sleep and general relaxation.
The pillow contour the face around the eyes and helps with relaxation.
The lavender buds are calming and soothing.
Flaxseed holds the warmth for longer and smells great.
Cold pillow is great soother for Hayfever achy eyes and relaxes the eye zone.
Great way to use Hot or Cold or even at room temperature.
Microwave for 30 sec in 1000W or place in the freezer for 30min in a zip seal bag.
2 Removable covers with cotton inner bag.
