There isn't really a specific design inspiration behind this eye-catching pendant. It's just one of those indulgent, elegant pieces that had it's origins in a simple shape which nature has in abundance. The way light shines on a blade of grass which has moisture droplets on it from recent summer rain perhaps, or maybe the side of a steep, heather speckled hill as the sun rises from behind it. With a little imagination and artistic licence a beautiful contemporary piece of jewellery can emerge.
