I always save wrapping paper. I'm like those small children who play with the box and ignore the toy inside. But sometimes the pieces aren't big enough to re-use as wrapping paper so I end up with a big stash of shiny papers. What's a girl to do? And so the sparkly, shiny birds of bling came into being, strutting their stuff in fancy plumage and glittery tails...

These are my most bling birds yet, using all those sparkly papers that I can't bring myself to throw away. Some of them have long pointy tails, some curled tails and some what I call loo-brush tails, all recycled from shiny gift ribbon and paper. I can tailor them to suit so let me know when you order which you'd like. They make a lovely thank you or anytime gift. Sadly not suitable as a toy as the legs are made from wire
