I like to create fun, thoughtful pieces out of the everyday practical items we use at home. My inspiration for the pastry brush comes from being particularly bad at baking! It makes me happy using utensils that are out of the ordinary.
Giving a good (or bad) baker a pastry brush indicating brilliance, that can be personalised if required, makes a lovely and unusual gift.
The idea behind all of my creations is, very simply, to put smiles on faces :)

The design is carefully hand burnt into the wood using Pyrography, one line at a time (no lasers are used here) This Drawing with Fire technique ensures you are receiving a one-off piece as no two can be exactly the same. The design will not rub off or fade as it is burnt into the wood.
All wood components are finished with 100% food safe mineral oil, this protects the wood, seals in moisture and acts as a barrier to stains and heat damage. It creates a surface that prevents bacteria residing giving you a long lasting utensil.
Personalisation is offered which can make this a fun and thoughtful gift for any baker or cook.

To clean: simply wash in warm, soapy water then dry.
