In late August and September Dartmoor, near my home, bursts into pink-and-purple as the heather blooms amongst the green gorse.
The tors are often a similar gunmetal-grey as these hematite beads making the colour of the heather seem even brighter.

I have added these earrings to the 'Seconds Sunday' sale - they are in perfect condition, but are an old line, and I need to clear some older stock to make way for new lines.
Sparkly earrings that feature beads of ruby-in-zoisite, hematite and Swarovski crystal bicones in "fuchsia".
The pink of the crystal brings out the ruby colour in the ruby-zoisite perfectly.
The gunmetal hematite is reflected in the black speckles in the zoisite.
Ruby in Zoisite, also called Anyolite, is made up of green zoisite, deep pink ruby crystals and black inclusions of hornblende.
It is considered an alternative birthstone for Aries and April.
The ear-wires are gold vermeil.
Gold vermeil is sterling silver that has been plated with gold, and the wires are stamped "925".
These earrings measures approximately 1.25 inches (3cm) excluding the wires.
Delivery is free within the UK.
Your earrings will be wrapped in tissue and sent, 2nd class, in a pre-used padded envelope
