Although peridot is the traditional birthstone for Leo and the month of August, both carnelian and green aventurine are considered to be semi-precious alternatives.
Leo is ruled by the sun and the element of fire.
I have placed green, yellow and orange Swarovski crystal, representing peridot, the sun and fire, between a carnelian and a green aventurine bead.
Hanging below them is a pale green jade star, as Leo likes to be the star of the show.

Full description
Bright, summery and colourful drop earrings featuring - from bottom to top - a Jade star, a green aventurine bead, Swarovski bicones in the colours "fire opal" "light topaz" and "peridot" and a carnelian bead.
The earwires are gold vermeil.
Gold vermeil is sterling silver that has been plated with gold, and the wire are stamped "925".
These earrings measure 1 inch (2.5cm) excluding the wires.
Delivery is free within the UK.
Presented in a small organza bag.
