Posting dates etc for Christmas orders are as per Royal Mail. I rely on items being collected so this will be, at best, a day after your order is placed. I use the Tracked 48 service.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Items from Bees and Blossoms come with a securely attached security tag on the front. Returns are only accepted if this tag is not removed. This does not affect your rights regarding faulty items.

Full description
Eriskay bag.
Check linen fabric bag in pyramid shape with wooden toggle and crochet loop fastening.
Fully lined in cream polycotton.
Bag has an external pocket accessed at the back, with a zip fastening for security. I find these pockets perfect for quick access to keys or travel passes.
Non adjustable strap.
Fabric is a furnishing fabric remnant. I don’t know the fibre content but it has a high percentage of linen by the feel of it. This fabric has a cream base intersected by checks in a beautiful sage green and a misty lilac.
A recycled wooden toggle from a child’s coat forms the fastening with a loop used to close the bag.
Metal hardware used in this design is silver coloured.
This bag is made from fabric - please note that it is not waterproof in any way.

22cm wide at opening
24vcm from centre of opening to centre at base
Strap is 4cm wide by 132cm long. This should be long enough to use as a cross body bag for all but the tallest.
