The inspiration for this picture came from a visit to Golitha Falls in Cornwall. A magical place where the River Fowey cascades through ancient oak woodlands. I wanted to try and capture its beauty with its oak trees and the river's swirling water. An owl flying silently by just adding to the mystery.

Full description
To make this image I have carved two individual lino sheets. Printing the first with the lighter colour. I've used two colours here, fading into each other, with olive green at the top and pale blue at the bottom.
I call it a "rainbow" effect.
I've then overprinted with the second lino sheet in the darker prussian blue.
Each print is signed and the title written by hand along its lower edge.
I have used good quality paper and inks to create a beautiful framed print ready for you to hang and display in your home.
The print image size is H15 x W20cm
The print is in a cream mount and white box style frame.
