UK POST All items except for the letterbox gifts are now posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcel post and charged at a flat rate of £3.95. If you order more than one item the second will be free or I will upgrade as required with no extra cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL POST - Sending my apologies but due to new regulations I can no longer post to Europe or NI but do have shipping options for everywhere else, if I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

When I started Bearlescent in 2014 all of my bears were hand embroidered onto wool felt or hand dyed fabrics. After years of making mohair bears I am turning the clock back and rediscovering the embroidered bears that I started my journey with.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Hand embroidered unique artist bear. Hand dyed alpaca fabric bear, a one of a kind collectable teddy bear designed and created by Bearlescent for the adult collector.
Meet Sienna, a unique hand embroidered bear, hand made using beautiful hand dyed alpaca fabric in lovely rich autumn shades of tans, terracotta and pale browns.
Sienna is approx 11.5" tall, a traditionally styled bear of good proportions. Sienna is an elegant lady adorned with beautiful hand embroidered flowers in colours to match her fabric and using various stitches and threads throughout.
Sienna has brown safety eyes and a hand embroidered nose.
She is 5 way jointed with cotter pin fitments making her a fully poseable bear.
All of my bears are limited editions of 1, I never make two identical bears, the beauty of these fabrics is they can never be replicated as each piece is unique.
Sienna is a beautiful graceful bear, designed as a keepsake heirloom bear, she is not suitable as a child's toy and as such has not been CE tested.
She will arrive with birth certificate and is bear number 480, she will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd class and will require a signature upon delivery.
Sienna wears her name on a wooden tag and Bearlescent is to the back of one ear on a polymer clay button.
She wears a torn fabric bow around her neck.
Sienna would make a lovely keepsake gift or a unique addition for the adult bear collector.
