I have several of these bags for my on use. My pockets just don't accommodate a modern phone - and to think we laugh at those large 'brick like' original ones! I find the cross body strap the easiest solution and often wear mine in the house. I'm really enjoying traditional patchwork and the recycling element is important to me.

A patchwork, padded phone bag worn on a cross body strap - the ideal solution if your pockets won't accommodate a phone!
A patchwork panel, stitched from scraps of fabric, some vintage and most upcycled, forms the front of this bag. The bag panel is a flecked cream fabric - a faultless portion of a seonds-quality remnant. The bag is padded with fleece - an unused offcut. The lining fabric is cut from a remnant. The bag closes with a loop over a vintage button from my tin.
