This listing is for a beautiful and ornate hand crafted, made to order collection of Egyptian themed Chessmen (Chess pieces only).
The pieces are lovingly decorated to create a metallic aged effect in keeping with the character of the set, and which represents many hours of dedicated work.
This set is a fine example of high quality sculpting alongside addressing the practical aspects of creating a chess piece that is a joy to play with. I really love this set and think that the copper and gold paintwork really sets it off and adds to it's character.
The pieces are made from reconstructed stone and come with felt bases attached as standard.
The tallest piece (The King) is 9.5 cm’s tall with a 3.5 cm base making this a very substantial collection of chessmen.
