Beautiful handmade chess sets, chess boards and chess pieces crafted for you here in Ireland. With over 15 years experience and an honors degree in fine art your disposal.
This listing is for a beautiful custom made medieval Gothic busts chess set cold cast using reconstructed stone and finished in metallic paints.
The pieces are lovingly decorated to create a metallic aged effect in keeping with the character of the pieces, and which represents many hours of dedicated work.
The pieces are made from reconstructed stone and come with felt bases attached as standard.
The tallest piece (The King) is just over 9 cm s tall with close to a 2.5cm cm base and the pawns are 6cm tall with just over a 2cm base, making this quite a neat collection of chessmen.
With so many positives to playing chess it is hardly surprising that so many more people are making playing chess a part of their daily lives, so why not do it in style with a beautiful handmade chess set from MourneStudios.
