I have taken the last few months off from woodturning to concentrate on my botanical water colour work a few examples of which you can view on my Instagram account. However, I have picked up the chisels again and will be adding new items and old favourites. The latest additions are two attractive sycamore drinks trays but more items to come.
I envisaged a generously sized fruit bowl for this beech blank. It had been in the workshop for quite a long time and long overdue to be turned.

Full description
A bowl turned in well figured oak. It has generous dimensions and would make a decent fruit bowl. The finish is a food safe, durable lacquer and will simply wipe clean.
