Please enjoy browsing and should you buy a doll she will be packaged in an organza bag. I have been given literally hundreds and will use them until they run out rather than let them go to landfill. Also I have been asked why I don't often repeat combinations of fabric with the dolls. It is because I tend to buy remnant stock where I can, tiny pieces of fabric that are too small for most people to use. So often I have only enough to make one doll. I wanted to make a fairy for a while but a more experienced fae not a teenage waif, so I decided to make a Fairy God Mother. Inspired by Flora, Fauna and Merryweather in Sleeping Beauty my God Mothers are practical hard working fairies trying to bring a little magic into the world xx

Full description
This is Floss. A new smaller pattern, she is about two thirds the size of my witch. This little Fairy God Mother has a ditsy print dress in a soft blue with fairies and fairy dust dotted about, a silk petticoat with lace slip and knickers. She has silk wings and sports a little felt wand. Her shoes are the smallest I have ever made and are felt. She has a rose quartz to her heart with lavender in her stuffing and is finished with tiny buttons, organza ribbon and a little coronet in her hair. Just loved making her xx
She has a brass ring to her back to hang
She stands just 25cm tall with all the hair!.
She is, as are all my girls, warm and companiable with a touch of English whimsy. I hope she makes you smile.
