Winter Gardens Pop-Up Shop 5th - 11th August
This unique hand etching which was printed from a lovely copper plate.
Both the plate and the image developed over time from my imagination.
The hill with embroidered flower meadow, tree and sun/moon evoked the summer solstice, and song lyrics, Solsbury Hill by Peter Gabriel and The Fool on the Hill by the Beatles.
It has a timeless feel to it and is titled 'Once upon a Hill'
