Welcome to my shop Wiktorski Ceramics. Here you will find a variety of hand made products including pottery and cards. Each piece is made purely by hand and each glaze I apply is weighed and mixed by my own fair hands, similar to baking a cake. I was taught the traditional way and each glaze has taken many years to perfect. This makes it totally unique to Wiktorski Ceramics. Each piece is a one off and will not be seen again. Full description
This ceramic sculpture was created using clay, wire and wood. I hand crafted the clay sculptures on the wire using fruit as my inspiration. They are a solid form and have been made using stoneware clay.
They were fired to 1000 degrees, glazed and fired to 1260 degrees.
Each cute piece is mounted into strong bronze wire and placed onto the pine wood which has been delicately sanded, painted with white chalk paint and lightly sanded once again.
I have attached a cute little ceramic piece which contains a raised love heart design. It is glazed in a white glaze.
This piece would look beautiful sat on your fireplace, hearth, on a shelf or windowsill or on a small side table. The options are endless.
Approximate size of wood is 13cm length by 9cm width.
Total size including wood and ceramic pieces is 13cm by 15cm high.
