I generally use an outreach Royal mail postal service at the moment which is available on a Wednesday and Friday. Items to Europe, USA and the Rest of the World are sent Royal Mail INTERNATIONAL STANDARD which does not include tracking in the cost.
I found one of these moths in my Greenhouse. They are really tiny but distinctive with the golden yellow contrasting with their black and white wings. I've kept a limited colour palette here with a raised patterned embroidery background and some tiny bits of gold foil.
