Gnome sitting on mushroom tote bag. The bag is made from sturdy navy blue fabric and has an appliqué scene depicting a Scandi gnome sitting on a mushroom next to a fire, underneath a starry sky with a crescent moon. The gnome, or Tomte, is wearing a striped outfit and a pale blue hat, to which I've added a gold autumn leaf sequin. His shoes are black with tiny white polka dots. His beard is a white textured velvety fabric and he has a wooden bead for his nose. He's sitting on a toadstool of red fabric with white polka dots, next to a fire with flames of orange and yellow on a single brown log. The crescent moon is made from gold lamé and edged with gold metallic thread. I’ve also added a scattering of gold holographic star-shaped sequins in two sizes. The bag is lined with gold satin fabric with a pattern of tiny diamonds in the weave.
This fun tote bag with its cute gnome would make a lovely gift, particularly for anyone who loves gnomes and mushrooms.
The approximate measurements of the tote bag are:
14 inches (36cm) high x 12.5 inches (32cm) wide x 3 inches (8cm) across the base. The handles are approx. 24 inches (60cm) from end to end, and are of a length that can be worn on the shoulder or carried as a handbag.
