Full description
A purple tote bag with two moon gazing hares. The tote bag is made from a gorgeous vivid purple fabric and has an appliqué scene depicting two hares on a hill, gazing at the moon. The two moon gazing hares are made from co-ordinating beige and cream print fabrics. The larger hare is beige with a ditsy pattern of cream flowers and leaves. The smaller hare is cream with a beige ditsy leaf pattern. I've added tiny black sequins for eyes. The full moon is made from a lovely sparkly silver fabric edged with metallic silver coloured thread. The hill is made from fabric with a pattern of curved stripes in shades of cream, pale green and lustrous silver. I’ve added hand embroidered dandelion clocks with holographic green leaf-shaped sequins for the leaves. The bag is lined with cream fabric with slight sheen.
The measurements of the tote bag are approx. 14" (36cm) H x 12.5" (32cm) L x 3" (8cm) W and the handles are of a length that can be worn on the shoulder or hand-carried.
This versatile tote bag is perfect for use as a shopping bag but it could also be used as a handbag. With its beautiful vivid purple colour and delightful moon gazing hares, it would make a lovely gift for anyone who loves hares and/or purple.
