Full description
This square pendant has a simple landscape with fields, trees and hills. I have painted the detail in black and then put a wash across the sky leaving soft greys over the background.
As with all my jewellery it is made and decorated completely by hand.
After forming my pendants from fine white clay, I imprint my design. When dry, I sand the back and sides of the pendants and round off the edges to ensure they are super smooth. They then have their first firing. Next I paint them using under-glazes and apply a transparent glaze before firing again to earthenware. Being glazed all over they are smooth against the skin whilst retaining the texture of the imprinted design. The result is a pleasantly tactile item.
This is a one-off listing, the pendant in the photographs is the actual one you will receive.
The pendant is 30mm, just over an inch, across.
All my jewellery comes in a hand-stamped box.

The chain shown is silver plated and 18" long with a lobster clasp. I can put the pendant onto a different length chain, as listed in the options. If you have any other requirements, such as metal-free, or a different clasp, message me and I'll let you know what I can do.
I can also make to order, so if you would like something similar, but a different colour or shape please get in touch. Or even something completely different, and I'll let you know if it's possible!
