I’m back on Folksy for 2024.
The bottles I make are inspired by human form featuring small necks with wide shoulders. The application of the glaze emphasises the feeling of landscape.

Influenced by seascapes and shorelines this small bottle brings the spirit of the sea inside.
A perfect small present for those who love the sea.
Coloured slip is applied to the bottle then a design is scratched into the surface. It is finished with a dry turquoise glaze and the combination evokes the colours and textures of the sea and sky.
These bottles are not designed to hold water unlike my vases.
Dimensions 14cm high and is the taller bottle in the photograph.
