Many of us experienced the wide range of Ladybird books during our childhood. This example is a picture book designed to educate children about life on a farm with pictures of tractors, sheep, pigs, milking cows and ponies. The iconic illustrations are in bright shades of greens and oranges and show a past life. The wording is simple 'here is the farmer on his tractor'.

Full description
A length of paper bunting made from an entire vintage Ladybird book - 'On the Farm', a picture book for toddlers. There are 21 triangular flags measuring 10cm x 17cm hung 2cm apart. The length of the bunting is 325cm which includes 30cm each end for tying. Each flag is cut from one page with illustrations and text on both sides.
The flags are edged in bright green machine stitching giving strength and definition to the paper and I have matched this with green cotton binding.
A lovely gift for a retro themed nursery or bedroom.
