I was inspired by watching the birds coming to my garden, and created my own somewhat more tropical version!

Full description
This wall decoration combines a digitally designed print with hand embroidery. It features two chubby garden birds, tropical flowers and trailing shrubbery. The modern embroidery style and print design work together to create a bright and tactile home decoration.
The printed design is an original drawing, digitally printed onto cotton canvas. The stitched details are added by hand using DMC threads, in feather stitch, back stitch, running stitch and French knots. The stitches create a lovely, delicate texture against the cotton canvas.
The embroidery is framed in a plastic frame measuring 6” wide. The back of the frame is backed with card.
The embroidery is posted wrapped in tissue and popped in a sturdy card envelope which is letterbox friendly. 1st class postage to UK addresses is free on orders over £15.
