I usually post Second Class with Royal Mail and aim to dispatch the first working day after the order is placed at the latest. I will contact you if it is to be any different.
Where possible, I use recycled packaging both to keep P and P costs down and for environmental reasons.
I love mixing up materials and techniques to create something unique and special.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
A multitude of techniques have gone into creating this individual card.
The background is painted using dyes. The slightly raised pinky red organza heart and background is embroidered using free motion stitching (drawing using a sewing machine needle) and sealed using a soldering iron. The card is edged and embroidered using metallic silver thread.
Finally, the embroidered panel is embellished with hand sewn pearly beads.
I have made several of these cards, each slightly different in the beading, embroidery and painted background. I will list them separately so that you can choose your favourite.
I always use good quality cards with matching white envelopes and am mindful of the environment when packaging for postage. This card is large, measuring approximately 13cm x 18cm and is blank inside for your own message. Suitable for any occasion but especially lovely as an engagement, wedding or anniversary card.
