Full description
A delightful tote bag in patterned fabric with an appliqué Autumn woodland scene. The main fabric has a subtle woven geometric pattern in beige and cream. The appliqué scene features a toadstool, two acorns and an oak leaf and maple leaf. The top of the toadstool is made from a maroon red fabric with white polka dots. The stem is cream. The acorns are made from two shades of rustic beige fabric. The oak leaf is burnt orange velvet and the maple leaf is golden yellow with a subtle print pattern of tiny dots. I've added machined satin stitch detailing to the leaves to depict the leaf veins. The bag is fully lined with golden yellow fabric with a slight sheen.
The measurements of the tote bag are approx. 14" (36cm) H x 12.5" (32cm) L x 3" (8cm) W and the handles are of a length that can be worn on the shoulder or hand-carried.
This tote bag is very versatile and could be used as a shopping bag or a handbag. With its woodland theme, would make a lovely gift, particularly for someone who loves wildlife and nature or is fond of toadstools and mushrooms.
