Valentine's Day... I have lots of hearts. If you are thinking of choosing one of mine could I suggest you choose sooner rather than later...before the end of the month would be good x
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A Sun, I designed this in a desperate attempt to bring some sunshine into our lives for the start of the New Year 2013 and have made several more since then. Hopefully it will cause the sun to always shine just when you need it.
The centre of the sun is bright yellow and the rays are amber and streaked with red.
I've suspended a glass crystal drop from the bottom of the sun. This will shine and catch the light rather beautifully.
This suncatcher will cast a splash of brightness on the dullest of days.
A silver coloured little chain is securely attached by solder to the top of the Sun with a little ring to hang it.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use different variations of colour and textures of glass.
This piece is 12cm in diameter.
The Sun will make a wonderful present, at anytime, for someone you love and will hopefully burn away any excessive rainfall.
The last photo shows the previous version with the colour scheme reversed.
Grey days need sunshine. This sun shines all year long.
