Full description
An original, two colour, reduction lino print of a lovely dog I know called Roxy. It was printed in my studio (my dining room!) using a table-top printing press.
‘Roxy’ was drawn onto a lino plate, hand-carved and then hand-inked using water-based ink. After printing the first colour I repeated the whole process for the next colour to build up to the finished image.
The approximate size of the print is 19.5cm x 19.5cm on good quality, acid free, A3 (29.7cm x 42cm) sized printmaking paper.
Each print is numbered, titled ‘Roxy’ and signed by myself in pencil. I can write a different title if you wish.
As each print is hand-produced there will be small variations between each one which makes them unique.
