After losing my cat Elliot 10 years ago, I was frustrated that the majority of pet memorial stones for sale were soulless, 'out of the box' designs and often made with unnatural, composite plastics open to deterioration.
I didn't want to settle for this, I wanted a beautiful cat tribute for him, a rustic stone that would last as long as the tree his ashes are buried beneath. I wanted a memorial headstone to be as individual to him as he was to me, so that every time I saw the stone in the garden I could smile recalling happy memories. So I set about making my own stone tribute just for him. After having many positive comments, I was encouraged by friends to see if I could do the same for others.
Losing my cat changed the direction of my life - I have designed and engraved stones for the loveliest of people, I have been sent many wonderful photos and have been told many tales of loving pet companions full of character and naughtiness all thanks to my beautiful boy Elliot.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Full description
Stones are a minimum of 5.5" to approx 7" and 100% natural.
Engraving includes:
One name only maximum 8 to 9 letters, no hyphens or spaces.
Dates in year form only ie 2011-2022.
Motifs: Paw prints or hearts.
You will be emailed approx six 2D layouts and a photograph of the chosen stone to be engraved. At this point changes to your designs can still be made and only when you are completely happy with the design will I proceed with the engraving.
As I only use natural stones please be aware that there are limitations. Even though I choose stones that have a good front surface for engraving there can be weathered imperfections such as pits and quartz lines . As such, I always include a photo of the stone chosen for your order and you are free to request a different stone BEFORE engraving. I will not accept returns for stones that have an uneven, pitted underside that will not be viewable once your memorial is in place. Also, I take great care to match the stone shape and design but please note, if you are a returning customer, I cannot replicate the stone shape, size or shade of grey for your new order but will take great care to make sure it is as close as possible.
