I wanted to design and make some small tumblers that could have several uses and be attractive. Feel nice to hold and be strong - and to be able to display in them in their own right.
You would recieve one of the tumblers in the photo.

These were thrown on the potter's wheel.
Having your espresso in the morning, a wee dram in the evening, or filling them with a chocolate mousse, maybe popping some flowers in them, or even a cactus! . . . . .however you decide to use these tumblers you'll love them.
I used a lovely white stoneware clay for strength and durability so the rims could be thin and the tumblers light.
I glazed them with food safe glazes and then refired to 1220C.
The inside of the tumbler is a smooth glossy white/cream and the outside a warm coral pink with white.
They are dishwasher safe but gentle handwashing will maintain the shine of the glazes.
