Rustic shroom dragon pyrography wooden box, hexagonal jewellery box.

A rustic hexagonal box, with a dragon coiled round his favourite mushrooms! The design has been burned into the box using pyrography. I then stain and sand the box to give some character. The dragon and toadstools are then coloured with prismacolor pencil. UV protector is applied to the design, and the whole piece is protected with a clear lacquer. This is by no means a perfect box. I tend to rescue unloved pieces and upcycle them. -Hand burned, and posted from the Staffordshire Moorlands, UK -Wooden box, with some rustic tool markings. -Measures:14.5cm x 16.5cm x 9cm approx -Stained, sanded and varnished. -Rubber bumpers to base -Lined with black felt. -More photos available if required. Each item I create is my own design and composition. Each piece is unique. Please note, wood is a natural material and each piece has it's own knots and imperfections that make it beautiful. I seal the wood with varnish to help protect it. To care for your piece; keep out of direct strong sun, and damp conditions. I take commissions.
