Full description
This is a unique original drawing of a meerkat. She sits tall on a pile of rocks, with her head turned to the left and bright eyes, little black nose and ears alert on the watch for any danger. Her arms are held close in front of her body with its sandy coloured fur and her paws hang down, showing surprisingly long sharp claws. One back foot is just hanging over the edge of her perch, so she mustn’t get too distracted for her own safety!
Using artist-quality coloured pencils on heavy weight paper for a high-quality professional finish, the picture is presented in an off-white / pale cream colour mount, with backing board and protected in a clear cellophane bag. Measuring (with mount) 12” wide by 16” tall (image size 8” by 12”) - that’s approximately 30 by 40 (20 by 30) in cm - it will fit a readily-available standard-size frame.
