All orders within the UK are sent via UK Tracked 48 postage. Please bear in mind that Royal Mail no longer deliver 2nd class post everyday and don’t deliver on Saturday. Other Postage upgrades are available.
Items sent overseas are International Standard post, which does not include tracking. Tracked International post is available to add to your order if required.

I’ve always been fascinated by Illuminated manuscripts and the fantastical beasts drawn around the edges! This button I definitely snapped up when seen! I just love creatures like this Griffin!

This ring features a Mytholocial beast called a Griffin - often seen in Heraldry and on old medieval documents like maps or Illuminated Manuscripts!
This lovely Griffin is made from a mould that I've taken of one of my vintage metal buttons! To fill the mould I've used Wonder Crystals (similar to Ultra Thick embossing crystals which is quite durable) in a beautiful pewter or dull/vintage silver colour called Lodolite Quartz.
After creating this little medallion, I've brought out the texture of this fabulous Griffin by adding a coat of silver gilding wax (that contains real silver particles) over the detail and then a coat of varnish to seal it! I've attached an excellent quality brass base silver plated adjustable ring shank which is a small - medium (UK size M - O/P).
The round medallion itself measures 2cm in diameter. This ring is perfect for anyone who loves their jewellery with a hint of Gothic, fantasy, medieval or fantastic beast imagery and are very lightweight and comfortable.
It will come to you in an Eco-friendly, recycled Kraft card deep Jewellery box ready for gifting (or keeping!)
