Textiles made from wire, chainmaille is a beautiful thing, it is tactile and feels lovely to wear.
Chainmaille is a time consuming process, every weave is handmade with passion.
I am fascinated by the vast number of chainmaille weaves available. I love the chainmail costumes seen in re-enactment battles and how chainmail has been used in fashion. I am always learning new chainmail weaves.
I coil the wire into rings and saw cut the rings by hand. I then hand weave the rings in various weaves to create a beautiful piece of jewellery.
I work with natural materials so some variation in colour, inclusions, shape and size may occur. Variation is part of the charm of handmade and natural materials.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Simply lovely hand woven chainmaille bracelet hand crafted from copper and sterling silver. Handmade by Crystal Clarke. Made to order.
I have made the chainmaille rings from lengths of copper and sterling silver wire, coiled and saw cut them by hand. The chainmaille bracelet is beautiful and exquisite in its design featuring the mobius flower weave.
Fully hallmarked.
This copper and sterling silver bracelet is fully hallmarked with my personal makers mark (CC), this simply stands for Crystal Clarke. As well as my makers mark there is the date letter, metal purity, sterling silver mark plus the anchor denoting where the hallmarking took place which is the Birmingham Assay Office.
The bracelet width is approximately 7mm
