I am happy to wrap and send gifts direct to recipients with a note - just specify their delivery address when you check out (I use track 24 or special delivery so you can follow it round the country to the recipient). Full description
These sterling silver earrings feature long, elegant drops of green jade from New Zealand which has been bezel set and hang beneath oval stud tops. I got the jade (or Pounamu to the Maoris) from a lapidarist in Hokitika on the South Island and he sourced his rough material either from the Maoris or by walking the local beaches, these pieces are a mottled mid green with darker areas and patches of white and mustard consistent with flower jade, they have a glossy polish to them. They have been set in open back bezel settings which allows the light to shine through the stone highlighting the variation in the colour. They are finished with a oval stud top with standard post and scroll fitting which are all sterling silver (if you would prefer a screw back fitting for non pierced ears then drop me a message). make the ideal gift for a Kiwi to remind them of the lush forests of new Zealand.
Measure 1 3/4 inches by 3/8 inch across (45mm by 9mm), the jade is 35mm by 8mm. Comes gift boxed.
