A rare opportunity to acquire a much sought after set of three detached townhouses which have been skilfully converted from carpenters pencils, carefully sharpened and shaped to create exclusive individual homes. Each one has been lovingly decorated in beautiful chalk paint colours with hand drawn details. These charming three-storey houses are situated on a piece of vintage school ruler which features a green coloured pencil tree and two street lamps supplied by painted nails with faux pearl lights.
