I am happy to wrap and send gifts direct to recipients with a note - just specify their delivery address when you check out (I use track 24 or special delivery so you can follow it round the country to the recipient). I cut and polish my own fordite, surfite and bowlerite, I'm happy to take commissions. If I don't have shipping to your country set up please drop me a message as it might be possible.

Full description
This striking pendant features a sheild shaped piece of fordite which is bezel set in sterling silver. The pendant is reversible as I couldn't decide which size was the front, side one has an off centre bullseye pattern in white, grey, sparkly navy, red and silver, the other side has a broader chevron pattern in yellow, sparkly red, black, silver and white. So what's fordite? It is layer upon layer of cured car paint that built up in the booths when cars were still manually sprayed, each different colour is from where a car was being painted. This material came fromone of the car plants near Detroit hense its alternative name of Detroit agate and was formed in the 90's (ideal present for any 90's baby or car lover). Changes to the way cars are painted mean that this wonderful material is no longer formed and supplies are dwindling, I cut and polish this material myself and you can just see a piece of the rough propping up the pendant in the first 2 photos.
Measures 2 1/4 inches top to bottom by just under 1 inch across, 58mm by 23mm, comes complete with a silver chain but could easily be swapped to a a leather thong thanks to the generous bail. Comes gift boxed.
