An original pen and ink drawing using Faber Castell's Pitt Indian Ink pens on smooth Langton Prestige watercolour paper.

I am offering this at half price since it is older stock and I need to make room in my studio for new work, and because there is also a very slight mark on the mountboard. (See below).

I rarely do this type of drawing/illustrative work now, and have done these in the past as mainly commissions, including a book illustration and a CD cover.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a very slight mark (appears to be damp) on the mountboard in the bottom lefthand corner. There is no mark however on the reverse of the artwork. This is barely noticeable and is difficult to see in the photos, and if found unsightly by the buyer, a new mount can be put on it by your local framer, at a reasonable price.

Dimensions are: Image: 23 x 30cms
With frame: 41.5 x 44.5 cms

It will be packaged securely for posting, and sent Special Delivery UK or International Tracked and Signed everywhere else. Please note that Royal Mail will not cover broken glass. I will tape the glass with masking tape in the event that if a breakage does occur, there will be no or minimal damage to the artwork itself.

I made a series of popular pen and ink drawings for the first gallery I exhibited in, mostly with cows and sheep. When I decided to call my own studio/gallery The Black Sheep, it inspired a few more drawings of the gallery's namesake. I have decided to keep one of those for posterity, but am offering this one for sale here.
