This listing is for a KNITTING PATTERN in PDF to make the hat pictured and NOT the actual item!
This cute sheep themed hat has a ribbed welt and a stocking stitch body with a Fair Isle (stranded) sheep repeat pattern encircling the lower section of the hat body. The sheep motifs are worked using only two colours in a row which makes this an ideal pattern for those new to Fair Isle. The hats pictured are worked using a lovely soft wool silk mix yarn in DK/light worsted weight and are topped with an optional pompom.
The detailed pattern is 8 pages long and includes comprehensive written instructions, charts and photographs. The pattern covers sizes from baby to adult and the instructions are written for both knitting flat on two needles with a seam at the back, or in the round using a circular needle with no seaming necessary. The pattern is written in English.
There are no postage costs - the pattern will be emailed as a pdf file within 48 hours of payment being received, to the email address registered with Folksy unless you let me know otherwise. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this pdf file, if you do not have this programme it is free to download from www.adobe.com
