Sometimes life can be tough and we need to take things in small steps,
or we just need to slow down a bit.
This quote is a little reminder to help us do so.
We all have our favourite mugs. I even have a favourite mug for coffee, another for tea and another for peppermint tea. Some friends like the one with a thin rim, or the heavy one, the plain handle or the wide base. People can be quite protective over their mugs too.
I wanted to make a range of mugs for everyone. All of us are different - so are my blue mugs.
As all my work is hand thrown and hand glazed they will all differ very slightly and are therefore unique. You would recieve a mug very similiar to the one in the photo.

INDIVIDUAL - LIKE YOU.
All my blue mugs are different.
This lovely mug has the reminder and celebration to 'Take Life One Cup At a Time'.
Maybe it's for you or your husband, wife, Mum or Dad, sister, brother, son or daughter, best friend, . . . . . . . . . . the list is endless.
It has the words 'Take Life One Cup At a Time' stamped into raised clay on the side of the mug.
I threw this mug on the potter's wheel using a buff stoneware clay. I then turned the base and added the handle and decoration before bisque firing the mug. I glazed it using a deep blue that has wonderful light blue flexes.
Height: 10.5 cm
Width across the rim: 9.5 cm
My mugs may be all different but they look gorgeous as a family.
I sign my pieces with the initials REJM. My parents gave me a long name and then called me by my last!
