Full description
A hand knitted tweed hot water bottle cover in mossy earthy colours.
The body of the hottie is knitted in a tweed stitch, using three colours: mossy green; misty grey and pale brown. This stitch gives a wonderful texture.
The neck and bottom of the cover are knitted in a rib stitch using the mossy green coloured yarn, which ensures a good snug fit but with plenty of ease when filling is required.
I have crocheted a flower for the front in a pale fudge coloured yarn.
The back opens using an envelope style opening/closure, also finished in mossy green coloured rib.
