I love poppies and flowers as they allow me to express more freedom in my brushstrokes. The colours that can be displayed gives me so much pleasure. I love building the canvas with colour and texture that can be created from natures true beauty. This paintings was inspired by the popularity of my floral delights painting which has encouraged me to continue to build a portfolio of meadow scenes. perfect me for as I come across them on daily outings with my family.
