The inspiration for the bag is my love of mid century Scandinavian ceramic birds and a mid century English coffee set.

Full description
The bags been made using beautiful mohair/wool/alpaca mix fabric and I have appliquéd a bird and hand embroidered a marigold onto the outside. The outer is quilted to add structure. The handles and lining are my own cotton prints - marigold and orange dead nettle. The bag is suitable for use as a project bag and is bucket shaped so you can find your things easily. The depth is 20cms(8 inches) and the base is 12cms square(4.75 inches square).
