Black &white image of a Jack rabbit among desert flowers. The body of the jack rabbit is stylized as tree ring.
A handcut linoprint based on my own drawing, then hand printed onto good quality paper (220g white) using water based ink.
The print is 30cm (12 inches) by 25cm (10 inches) to fit in a standard frame. The frame is not included.
Each print comes in a cellophane sleeve with extra card to protect it. Your order will be sent in a card-backed envelop labelled "DO NOT BEND".
The huge ears of jack rabbits caught my eye while I was reserching pictures of hares. They are native to America & Mexico, often living in desert areas. They are in fact hares and not rabbits at all- Wikipedia reckons their name comes from Mark Twain who called them jackass rabbits because of their ears.
